Asherons Call: AC Discussions - Should mnemosynes be give-able?

As you can see from our Mnemosyne Quest Write up that the rewards for mnemosynes are not so generous as to completely level a character outrageously, - so why are they no-give?

Is it time to make these little green triangles something we can share with others?
Would you like to see them give-able only after they're unlocked? Only before they're unlocked? At any time or at no time?
