Oh my! Last week was so much stuff and all the parties! I'm not even sure did I or did I not post WiD last week??? Anyway, I declare Arvid of Frostfell as the winner for his answer was not only precise, but he had also included a lore text about the history of that place. All I can say is "wow!"
