Asherons Call: Where in Dereth - A Picture by Painting

Hi again! It's me! And it's Tusday! And it's fun! Heehehee (and so on). Our lucky winner for WiD for last week was Gustaive the Steel of Morningthaw and the place was the Empyrean Storehouse. There were a lot of good tries (some 20+) but only one correct answer, lucky that Gustaive saved it all. Anyway, here is the new picture, should be easier.
