Asherons Call: Where in Dereth - Casting but no mobs

Phew! It's Tuesday again. I've done a lot sin since I've been playing Fable on Xbox for the last few days.
Anyway, winner for last week was Vellus of Morningthaw and the place was of course the Renegade Camp near Fort Tethana.
