Asherons Call: Where in Dereth - Chained but not Dead

Firstly, sorry about the delay on getting up this new WiD, but I've been on a long trip to a few other towns. Secondly, the winner of the last WiD is Nightwolf, and the place is Heart of the Innocence, also known as the Weeping Weapons stone dungeon.
