Asherons Call: Where in Dereth - I will obey the Soviet Union

Firstly, last week's winner is Dark Fury from Thistledown. Grats to him! It was a really tough draw between three correct answers, seems the picture was hard enough, hehe. I hope I will get more answers to this new picture. Also, I'm going to cast Blud Vuln 7 on myself and jump down from the Humming Crystal mountain if anyone says that picture is dark! I already increased brightness 60% from the original.
