Mekle pointed out the following to me and in my half coherent state I was actually able to pass this along:

Decal 2.6.0.2 is officially released, and can be found in it's normal location on:

Spellfilter has also been updated for this month, and can be found at:

After all of that, I was able to get Insane-Bot updated to work with both of them, and including several stability fixes that I've been working on for the last couple of weeks. Insane-Bot 1.3a (1.3.0.2) is now available on:
