Asherons Call: QotD - How Do You Feel About This Event's Quests?

Along with "Discoveries" came some new quests (e.g., Sword/Dagger of Frozen Fury), some updates to some old ones (e.g., Hieromancer Armor), and some tweaks to some mini-quest items (e.g., Wand of Black Fire). How do you feel about this new content and other content enhancements that went into these additions and changes? Where do they fall short? Where do they shine?
