About the Game

You'll begin your career in Navy Field by choosing from among the Second World War-era naval forces of the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Germany, France, USSR and Italy, each balanced through a variety of strengths and weaknesses. Every ship in the game, from agile frigates and stealthy submarines to the mightiest battleships and aircraft carriers, is reproduced in painstaking detail.

How you choose to advance through Navy Field is up to you. Special missions are available to help players develop their skills and delve into battle immediately. Strategic teamwork is encouraged through a robust squadron and fleet system. New modes and features are continually being added to ensure that Navy Field remains the ultimate choice for authentic strategic naval action.

Each nation in the game boasts unique strengths and weaknesses: The Royal Navy is renowned for its heavily-armored battleships and its guns are powerful but take longer to reload, while the Soviet Navy has long-range, fast-loading guns, but the need to build ships quickly has left them with little armor. Ships need crews, and you'll need to create and mange them, too. Seven different game modes are available, pitting fleets against one another in battles to the death or until a specific objective is complete.
