WarCry: What tools will be available to help guilds manage their teams?

EA Mythic: We have an extremely robust set of Guild tools that will allow leaders and officers to efficiently manage and coordinate their members. These tools include a Calendar system, news feed, and an in-depth roster feature. These, plus the addition of the living guild system (your guild actually gains levels and benefits), make guilds an integral and rewarding part of the game.

I like that they made the Mastery system not just a different path for resistances, but I'm worried they traded one problem for another. Anyone who specs for AoE will have two problems, in that AoE attacks are notorious for making it very difficult on the tank to manage agro, as she can't just focus on one or two targets at a time.

One solution would be to make more AoE agro-gaining abilities available for tanks, but that would merely put the tanks into easy mode. All in all, speccing AoE has traditionally only been good for very special situations in PvE (grinding and swarms of mobs with very low HP) and for medium-large scale PvP. Will this be different in WAR, I wonder?

"The main perpetrator of this monkey lie [evolution] is Charles Darwin. He claims to have developed this 'theory' after studying 'finches' on the Galapagos 'Islands,' but I can guess why he really came up with it. He was on the Galapagos Islands for Spring Break, got smashed, woke up in bed next to a monkey, and then had to come up with a theory that make it all okay."

Well like the answer to the first question said, you can respec your mastery too. So perhaps people can go AoE for RvR battles and respec for PvE runs.
