Atreyu, they're pretty good. Lamb of God is pretty kickass, same with Killswitch.

Killswitch is also a video game. Good concept, just needed more polish.

Not too big on the rock/metal but I do like some bands.

Anyhoo, well i have loads of rock / metal sitting on my mp3 player. Here's a few of my favourites:

VERY old metallica (as in, kill em all, ride the lightning and master of puppets - only a few of their newer songs are any good [enter sandman, hero of the day, etc])

Lordi (dress like monsters - sound like bon Jovi. Win win situation)

Anal cunt (only for the sheer hailarity of the song titles)
