ive got my license and since i still suck at backing straight for a long distance, ive hit a mailbox. whats your point

I suck at backing up too. For going straight back, I just put it in reverse, and hold the wheel straight hardly paying attention to where I'm going, hoping I don't go too far or hit something.

I played 3 on 4 basketball today and got elbowed in the face and now my lip is swollen really badly.

You know, I keep browsing these forums here while at work, and I've passed this topic a good 100 times today at least. The more I pass it, the more often Blink 182's Dammit (growing up) keeps replaying over and over again in my head. Kinda funny though, cause I've been in a real wierd mood lately.

Sat down with a few of my buddies a couple weeks back, some had just gotten back from Iraq, one of which was an Army Ranger who was over there most of his enlistment, and it was kinda funny.

We all had the same damned haircuts, all sitting in the same posture, drinking our coffee and just relaxing. People were passing in and out, a lot of friends we knew for years were trickling in, being finished for the night, and we all kinda just looked at each other, grinned, and leaned back in our seats. We were all kinda thinking the same thing, that it's nice to be in an area where we could sit and relax and not have to worry about, oh, being killed? Just kinda funny, when you put everything in perspective, how things change as you grow up.

Anyways, way off topic, just that damned title kept getting that song stuck in my head.

Who cares if you got elbowed in the face. Thats nothing compared to getting the shit beat outta me before i learned martial arts and pwned everyone who threatened me. That includes the little nerdy greese trap kids who work at fast food places who say they dont like the way im looking at them. Oh man do I get pissed when they backtalk me. Nah j/k about fighting fast food kids, though I tend to go back and throw my order in their face when the mess it up.
