All set up for tanking, so i can't solo for crap, hence he's been moved to the inactive pile.

Yeah the ads are annoying...I'm thinking of finding $10 I can waste so I dont have to look at them again for another year.

Omg, I amaze myself!

I must ask an honest to god question, was the sub-class thing really worth it? Grinding all the way to 75 just to add a second (and arguably beneficial) skillset?

IMO L2 wasn't worth it. That much of a grind to level, and the effed up economy.

Only fun I had was PK'n nooblets via the old de-level trick.

subclasses were a distraction at best, and predominantly a means to an end: being a noble

I always figured a subclass as a way to reroll without dealing with those obnoxious levels of 1-20 that I hate ever so much. (Or 20-40 that a lot of other people hate... But I enjoy them so w/e.)

About the subclasses, I thought it was a nice addition to the game. Honestly, how many of you wondered how the class would be like? It's a nice way to try out other classes without having to reroll and restart everything, and to top it all off, your character looks the same. Let's say you really like destroyers, but you don't like being an orc and the grind and everything ... you sub it and you're still your sexy lil toon with everything a destroyer is. Let's say you got pked by some higher level when you're like... a level 49... BOOM! main class! PK PK PK! I seriously think it's a nice addition to the class. Let's face it, some classes aren't very good at pvp and still very beneficial for your clan/friends/whatever (swordsinger...) You can always add a nice pvp class like a gladiator, a nuker, or whatever you'd like.

Silent, I agree. If the grind were not such as it was I would have loved mixing the damage capabilities of my intended Gladiator with a Destroyer and a Blade Dancer - I figured that'd be a pretty sick combination. Loads of Direct Damage attacks, constant self buffs, an ass ton of HP and near fatal buffs that boost atk and def = win

I think alot of people think that when you subclass you maintain the skills from your original class. Just to make it clear, when you sub, all your stats and skills change that of a level 40(of the class you chose). The only thing that doesnt change is your characters appearance. Subclassing is alot of fun IMO. As a 76 adventurer its difficult to get groups and the xp is insanly slow. I subbed a Spellhowler last night and its the most fun i have had in a long time. And i dont even have to be an ugly DE and run around looking at their goofy run.(No offense DE's :P)
