Activity depends on the server.
Bartz seems active to me. Just rerolled there because Sieg is dead. Giran is full. Of shops as well as shouts. TI has people on it to my dismay. There's also a bit in Dion and a few newbie clans. Seems a lot of people are rerolling to Bartz. I was also shocked to run into a couple new players.
Teon and Franz seem quite active as well - always heavy pop. Franz since it's the newest of course.

I have a question... you already have a Spectral Dancer... what was the point in making another Blade Dancer??? (Sub)

to help level the howler/elder.

Dance buffs were some of the best around when coupled with a Prophet.
