symbol reminded me of quake, only thing that remotely looked like wow was at the end with the feign death thing.

Looks like some guerilla promotion for something. http://www.panatrog.org/ has the same symbol, and seems like these videos http://www.youtube.com/user/aSmarmyYeti might be related as well. Currently messing with the site mentioned in those videos http://www.thesecretdevice.com/
