Well, after years of different recruiting posts, we've just decided on simplicity.

At The Last, we're looking for mature gamers. We're a humourous bunch of folks, a small guild currently, that are looking for folks over 30 years of age, that are looking for a place to call home. We want folks that want to participate in building a guild, one we want no larger than 30 people. We want people that want to take part, that will keep up with guild goings-on, and that will become good friends.

We're about relationships, and we're about gaming. I'd say we're sort of an "old-timer's" guild. We're looking for people that not only understand the concepts of friendship, honor, and respect for others, but practice these things. It seems common decency has been lost in the world and we want our folks to have that kind of accord with others. We want to be regarded as a guild of the highest order in all facets when it comes to how well we treat others, as well as how we treat ourselves. We want to be noted as a helpful guild with good people. We want friendly folks that understand these concepts and practice them in real life as well. In short, we want nice people.

Seeing some nice activity on the site. I have noticed a couple members hitting the FAQ and Code of Conduct. And obviously the application section as well. :)

I am back from vacation and looking forward to some more good times with The Last!

I've really taken a shine to Rivendell. I think I'll build a house there and sell peaches.

Maybe I'll sell pecans instead.

At any rate, we've had some re-invigoration in this game and would welcome anyone to come by our site.

Speaking of pecans, peaches and re-invigoration. Aahzz has let it known that he loves chocolate covered sheep and a cold Guinness. I think he has a birthday coming up, I mean, at least sometime in the next year. So, ideas are out there now :).

The summer festival was a blast, and we all enjoyed goofing off with all of the activities and things. I was able to meet a lot of new people at the races and share some music with them as well :).

I'm not looking for a guild but if any of your people need any help, the hunter Magdelen is usually happy to lend a hand.

I wanted to update this thread as I've been remiss in doing so for quite some time. The Last is still on Landroval and after a hiatus of not recruiting, we are back recruiting again.

Sooo, last night we took our alts through Garth Agarwen. It was a lot of fun, except I forgot to fill the vial at the Red Spring.

Man, I had forgotten how damn red that place is. Well, other than me forgetting that one thing, we cleared the place out. It was a great time :D

Well, the free-to-play announcement has been dropped and there are a lot of negative as well as positive reactions to it.

I dunno how it will work out, suffice to say that money always overrules ethics in show business.

I've been trying to track down the Reinforced Leather Leggings recipe to no avail. I'll keep farming.

I will be keeping an eye out Degarmo.

I will be jumping back in game to partake in the Summer Festival activities.

Lately I've been enjoying Mirkwood and Lothlorien quite a bit.

Welcome to all new players that are here on Landroval after we've gone Free to Play. I've met several new folks and they've been for the most part really nice folks :)

Lately I've been enjoying Mirkwood and Lothlorien quite a bit.

As I mentioned in another post somewhere, Zara was telling about this area last night. I think I will be heading that way soon. I have been spending a little too much time in Moria.

I've been out in Mirkwood between runs through the Haunted Burrow. It's a very interesting storyline and I like the way it's all laid out so far.

Saw the new expansion information that's coming out next fall yesterday, and I have to say it has me intrigued.

Other than that, I'm still out in Mirkwood with Degarmo, and with Serandel (Hunter) and Kandell (runekeeper) I'm working my way up the ladder.

This really does look quite interesting. Hope to be back in game and join ya'll over the Thanksgiving weekend! Everyone else...stop on by and join the insanity!
