Tabula Rasa: NCSoft & Garriott Headed to Court

Kotaku has found an interesting court filing between litigants NCSoft and Tabula Rasa creator Richard Garriott.

Garriott is suing his former bosses for 'fraud'. The $24,000,000 lawsuit was filed in Texas and you can grab the link above.

Late last year, Ultima creator Richard Garriott split from NCsoft, the developers and publishers behind his latest game, Tabula Rasa. Sounds like the split wasn't exactly amicable.
