Dawntide Beta Update

WarCry has scored an exclusive Dawntide beta update from Christian Hummeluhr. It seems that Beta 1 was very successful and Working As Intended is ready to open up Beta 2 for this "sandbox" title. Find out more:

After two months of highly fruitful testing in Beta 1, Working as Intended is announcing the next phase of Dawntide development. The application process for becoming a Beta 2 tester has already opened at our website and testers are not only free, but encouraged to share their experiences in the game with anyone, as it does not come with an NDA. Beta 2 will begin October 8th.

Dawntide is a sandbox MMORPG without levels or classes under development by Working as Intended. Because Dawntide allows players to claim territory and build their own cities and equipment, players can pursue a career as a crafter, fighter explorer or socializer equally, as it will take players of all types to build an effective society.

Above all, Dawntide is developed with a clear vision of making a fun and enjoyable game. We are committed to making the game something you primarily play because it is inherently fun and enjoyable, not because you may get a carrot for doing it in the end.
