Icarus Studios Hosts Triangle Global Game Jam

Icarus Studios and Fallen Earth, LLC will be hosting the second annual Triangle Global Game Jam, January 29-31 in Cary, NC:

Amidst the Triangle's growing video game industry, video game developers Icarus Studios/Fallen Earth, LLC, are set to host (and sponsor) the second annual Triangle Global Game Jam, January 29-31.

For two days, local and aspiring developers will have the opportunity to band together to design one or more video games from scratch-from concept art to scripting to animating, by the end of the two days, participants will have completed one or more games from start to finish. The inaugural Triangle Global Game Jam featured over 20 local game developers and students, who together created four games in just under 48 hours!

The event will begin at 4 p.m. January 29 and run to 4 p.m. January 31, open for the entire 48 hours as participants will have the option to stay overnight at the studio. Refreshments will also be provided.
