Dan Houser, the Creative VP at Rockstar, has come out swinging about the the limitations imposed when a game is created for the Xbox 360, as well as the Playstation 3. The core of the problem - no pun intended! - is that those who purchase the basic, or "core" Xbox 360 do not have a hard drive and the onboard drive uses the smaller DVD format. All Playstation 3s have onboard Blu-ray discs and a hard-drive, which allows developers to put more fun stuff in there.
The article also notes some limitations with the Playstation 3 and goes on to admit that Rockstar has not "solved all those riddles yet."
