Seems that the Rikti have been up to no good and in Issue 10 start putting all those devious plans into action. The latest teaser trailer for the next installment for City of Heroes/Villains has been made available. See all the glorious particle effects mayhem after the jump.
If I could make a villain that was basically the Predator, or an Alien I'd be all over this.
