I think Rockstar *wants* the controversy and quite possibly left the offensive content within the bowels of the game in order to get "Hot Coffee" syndrome again. Nothing sells more units than controversy and the ensuing free publicity, even if ESRB instates some minor fees. | |

According to Games Industry, Rockstar has a whole other pot of Hot Coffee brewing:
You would think that after the last bit of trouble caused by lazy coding, Rockstar would have come up with a better plan to abide by the ESRB's ratings than throwing a sheet over the bodies.
