Apprentice Posts: 1 Joined: 3 Nov 2006 | Uh... so the project isn't canceled, the new guys are just starting over from scratch (or perhaps with art/models of some sort, that's the only content I can think of that wouldn't include the source code)? I suppose that probably means not having to negotiate a new license agreement, but functionally it sounds like the old STO is canceled and we're going to do this entire dance over again. |

WarCry has learned that Star Trek Online and its content have been transferred to another studio and that P2 Entertainment (formerly Perpetual Entertainment) will refocus its business on casual games and their Perpetual Platform MMO solution.
