Ultima Online: Kingdom Reborn

The UO Herald came online today with an announcement that UO is offering a 14-day free trial:

If you have never played Ultima Online before, this is the place to begin! Follow Gwen through the New Player Experience and begin adventuring through the massive worlds of Britannia.

Trial requires the entry of a registration key provided below. A major credit card is required to validate your account but will not be charged during the trial period. Please note the credit card will be automatically charged at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

I just don't think that I could ever play UO again. LOL! When Diablo (the first one) got old and D2 wasn't out yet, I tried UO for several months. I was, sorry to say, a lumberjack and all I really remember about the whole sordid thing was "THE SCARY MUSIC" whenever some creature wandered by or when someone was going to PK me and take away my pathetic belongings. :(

The experience warped me for life. :P
