The second Earthrise newsletter has been released. Five developer profiles are presented including Masthead CEO Atanas Atanasov. There is also a letter from community manager 'Moll'.

Greetings from the Community Corner!

Let's talk about guilds first this month - lots of guilds have sent emissaries from other games over to stake their claim in Earthrise and its recruitment season as we head into summer. Citizen Imper1um has painstakingly compiled a list of organizations into an "Unofficial Guild Index" post stuffed full of information and ready to grow right along with the community. Is your up and coming guild on this list? If not, you might want to consider it as this post is rapidly becoming the place to go for one stop guild information.

Maris` topic of death and dying is getting a lot of discussion lately, but it was the recent question of the week on physics that had many of the community jumping in delight.

In May, we saw two big topics get a lot of in-depth discussion in our Question of the Week forum with a two-parter on Insurance, and revived discussion from March on Territorial Control. If you haven't checked them out yet, please take some time and read them as they contain a lot of information.

Over in Club Earthrise, everyone's been providing feedback to the formerly exclusive soundtrack samples found on MMORPG.com. Now that they're available to download, we can't wait to see how everyone incorporates them into their own creative works.

The community over in the roleplay forum continues venomweb`s topic started back in April about enforcement. There are several interesting viewpoints expressed in this thread, from those advocating official developer supported/enforced roleplay to others discussing the merits of volunteer/self-policed community efforts. Even though there's been no official statements made, it is a topic that has been watched with keen interest.

In the meantime while the community keeps buzzing on the forums, behind the scenes here we're gearing up for another exciting Developer's Chat over at Stratics in which we hope to answer plenty of those little questions that have been on people`s minds.
