Apparently you can get races such as Lizardfolk, Kobolds, Orcs and others and customize your charcters using "leto". I don't know how to get it so anyone who uses it can you please tell me?

Do you mean that you can play as lizard folk etc? i would highly doubt it being as that there is already enough diversity without adding more races. but you could never know

then you need to download, save the file onto the disk, go onto my computer local disk and open the folder. When it is opened use the character customization on any of your characters.
