I'm afraid that third party program users invading WOW again.. How come still there's a power leveling that promoting their site? I have a bad feelings about this....

its always happened,
People ignore them and blizzard just takes the money off them
So everyone (except the powerlevel farmers) wins

Friend of mine used it once. Got the banhammer. He knew the risks though.

I think they're always going to be there, no matter what you do. Blizzard is going to get money from them in one way or another, and everyone else is going to ignore them, like was said above.
