So I joined the "open beta key giveaway", got my key but the key was already active and now all the key are gone. So I'm wondering if this is "warcrys" or "star trek onlines" booboo. And is there any way to get a working key before the open beta is over.

i have this exact same problem. Except for me when I put it in STO accepted my key but when i fired up the actual game and tried to sign in it told me "you do not have permission to view the launcher" and now the key isn't showing up under my STO profile as before and if i try to put it back in it tells me that it's already been activated.

we have the same problem. you just Explained it better.

My Bf got the key and downloaded that game and it broke his computer lol.
