Kohnke Accuses Perpetual of Fraud

Kohnke Communications, the former Public Relations company for Perpetual Entertainment's Gods and Heroes, has launched a lawsuit against the developer over the way they handled the closing of Gods and Heroes and the company's other assets, such as the Star Trek license.

From the complaint:

"Despite the execution of the ABC, and the representation that Perpetual ABC would liquidate all of Perpetual's assets - which included the valuable assets related to Star Trek Online - Perpetual, Keene, McKibbin, and P2 were, in fact, engaged in a broad conspiracy to defraud Perpetual's creditors, including Kohnke."
