Order of the Immortal: Recruiting Focus - Balance vs Class Specialization for each main character spot on the guild roster.

Closed Classes: Chaos Chosen, DE Black Guard, Greenskin Black Orc, Greenskin Shaman

With a very balanced guild roster, or focus now is to balance mastery specialization vs the class types we are now recruiting. I.E. Defensive vs Offensive Tank spec, full healer vs light healer/heavy damage Healer Classes, etc. The main brake down will be more military in style. We will have our Raid Leaders, a set number of squads leaders, set number of squad members on the roster and two very qualified GM's to over see all guild activities. In this guild, you will not be sitting around waiting to do stuff in game. We will put you into a guild team, getting you the production level you & the guild wants. We are not hardcore in the fact we will ever force you to join a team. But we do not promote solo play. We are a team focused guild. And WAR is designed around good team tactics.

We have enough core members to fill a balanced raid team of 24 that will all be in open beta and head start. Our guild roster at the moment is 75%+ CED pre order members. We are looking for recruits who are CED ready, but it is not a requirement to join the guild. We have a focus for open beta. So when WAR goes live, we will be as ready as we can be for complete domination!

We are under way in the creation of our new guild site theme. It is half complete and should be live by end of May. This is a complete custom site theme. We have an area dedicated in our forums for all members to comment or give suggestions for the new site theme. Our guild community input is very important to us in all areas of the guilds activities.

Are you a Gamer looking for Immortality?

This is the question you must ask yourself before reading any further. "Order of the Immortal" is looking for only the most serious gamers to fill our guild roster for the WAR chapter. What do I mean by serious you might ask...

" Must be a mature gamer, have a great sense of humor and high level of respect for your fellow Immortal Gamers.
" Must be an active gamer 20+ hours/week .
" Must have access to Ventrilo and use it.
" Must visit the www.immortalitygamers.com site on a regular basis.
" Must read all guild policies and agree to abide by them at all times.
" Must be social and willing to team up with other Immortal Gamers.
" Must be willing to level up a main character to MAX level before working on any alt characters.
" Must be 13+ years of age or older.

NO DRAMA will be tolerated in this guild! You start drama, you get removed. No exception will be made ever.

1. Sign up for membership on this website. An activation email will be sent out to the email you signed up with. This is to make sure you are a real person, not a bot program.

2. Fill out an application in our forums in our Recruitment Section. Copy and paste the questions in a new thread.

3. A Guild Manager or Officer will review you application. If you pass you will be asked to join our Ventrilo for an interview.

4. If all goes well you will then be added to the guild as a member. Full access will be granted to the forums, and you will be considered a full guild member.

5. If you pass throw all these steps, then you have shown the Immortality Gamers Community you have what it takes & are committed to becoming an Immortal Gamer. This process is not a quick one for good reason.

This process is how we find the best possible members to fill our guild roster. You don't have to be the #1 rated Pvp gamer in the world to join us, but we are a community of gamers who protects our own. Before a guild invite will be sent, we always make sure the applicant is what we are looking for in a member. We are not a traditional "Hard Core" guild per say, but we are extreme in our organization and in game Pvp team tactics.

Race Divisions and Roster Spot Update

This weeks update is to let everyone know that we are still in open recruiting for both the Chaos Warhost and Greenskin divisions. Select officer spots are available, but outsiders to the [Vamp] empire will have to be signed up on the forums for a minimum of 30 days before aloud to apply for any officer rank that is open.
The Dark Elf side on the other hand is filling up really fast! Only 1 Disc of Kaine, 1 Black Guard, 2 Witch Elf, 2 Sorcerer spots are left to sign up for. Once these spots are taken up, they will not be available anymore. We have a roster cap for each mastery and this policy is not flexible.

The current goal is to create 1 team of 6-8 per Race Division. Over all GTA goal is 4 teams of 6-8 members, carrying a total member roster cap of 24-32 members on WAR live day. Atm we have 10 members from the [Vamp] empire, with 3-5 more on the way or possible. These are long standing clan members, who will be super active, use Ventrilo and are already active in the WAR clan forums.
So again, space is extremely limited in the DE Division. Both the Chaos and Greenskin Divisions are still full open. When WAR goes live we will be ready, and we will have full, balanced guild teams ready to go on a war path to reach max level first!

Update on the Dark Elf Division: We will probably close down the DE Division to all outsiders of the [Vamp] Empire for application for membership to that division after this weekend (end of the day 3/16/08). This is do to the already large member population present in that division. We want to save room for current clan members in our other MMO chapters. So this weekend is the last chance for any outsiders to apply for a spot on that side of the roster. Again, we are limiting member spots per race. For sure, we will shut down a few of the masteries, but might still have one or possibly two masteries for the DE Division still open to outsiders. There are also NO officer spots left open in the division.

Chaos and Greenskin are still full open at this time. Next update on roster avalibility will be on Monday 3/17/2008.

Race Divisions and Roster Spot Update

The Dark Elf Division: closing down the Black Guard mastery. We are no longer taking application for this mastery. The Sorcerer and Disciple of Kaine masteries: only 1 spot left avalible to apply for on the roster until WAR goes live. Full open recruiting on the Witch Elf mastery. We still have 1 SO rank open in this division. That officer rank is entry level. Black Guard and Disc of Kaine masteries are excluded from said SO rank. Those classes are already taken up by other officer ranks in that race division.

Chaos Warhost Division: Still open recruiting in this division. We are getting close to filling the IC spot (top officer rank for each division) for this division. Spot is still avalible but we have a few members we are considering. All SO spots are still open at this time. All member roster spots are also still open to all willing to apply for them.

Greenskin Division: all roster spots still open. The bulk of our member ranks are all leaning toward DE and Chaos. We are currently discussion wether or not to shut down the Greenskin Division for closed beta. This way we can focus more of the races our members seem to be interested in.

Officership: Entry level officers spots avalible. Base requirement is membership in the [Vamp] Empire for 30 days/or a member of our WAR site forums for 30 days. 2 entry level officer spots open at this time for the Chaos and Greenskin Divisions only.

Chaos Division Officer Rank Update

I am happy to announce that we have filled our top officer rank for our Chaos Division. Axethales will now be the lead Commander of our Chaos Division. His MMO history is extensive and his leadership knowledge just as extensive.

I am also happy to announce the promotion of Gentleone to Entry Level Officer in our Chaos Division. With that divisions top officer spots filled and one of the three entry level officer spots filled we are in great shape going into open beta (when it happens this summer).

Roster Availability: Members

No changes from last week. DE Division is still limited for applications vs mastery. Chaos and Greenskin Divisions are still full open for the guilds open beta roster cap vs masteries. We are still looking for some good leadership to fill our Greenskin Division ranks.

We have opened up a few more of the "Guild Area" grouping sections for the public to view. The main member section is still only viewable to our clan members, but for the most part the rest is now viewable to everyone. This will change back to the entire Guild Area grouping section being set to members only viewable when open beta happens.

We will be adding a few new features to our guild site over the next few weeks. This new custom work will really make our site stand out from the rest. Visit our forums today to see all the great things we have in the works. Most the changes will be based on our "Members" imput. Our community is democratic that way. Everyone so far who visits our site says they like it a lot, but wait till the new site is fully finish.
