for example.. would a noble be able to wield a bow or a sword? or would an archer be able to wield a spear? Is it more effective if an archer wielded a bow instead of a spear?

I tried wielding any class using a sword and it seemed effective. So im a bit confused about the weapon class system.

I think it does make the unit hit more often and more effectively (critical+)
