Hey everybody

When i logged in i got a another gameguard error, i have tried everything posted of the other errors but nothing work. There is nothing new on this from NCsoft or anything but what i think its for users that use an interenet company called ( Chello ) That's at least what me and my friends have come up with because we all use the same and some others friends have different and they can log

Is there anyone that know how to fix this problem??

Thanks in advance

Most likelly its your internet provider,that blocking the port GG is using.I would suggest you call them..

Do you have a firewall turn on? or do you have a router? The problem could be that your ports arent open for gamegaurd to get on to the net.

Hey again

Thanks for the reply's
Ok, i will call them and ask them what there is somethings they have changed and i cannot log in to a certain game.
Im using the regular zonealarm but im not using a router so it must be something else that is blocking because ive tried to shut zonealarm off when i try to log in.
Is there a way to open ports to lineage 2??

Ok i will try to call them now and see what the have to say about this

Thanks

Ok dont know if you fixed it yet,but here is the soulutuion to your problem.

go to:
Start --> Run --->
type Command
type nslookup (enter)
type server (enter)
type l2update.lineage2.com (enter)
Write down the IP# it shows
go to Windows --> System32 --> Drivers --> etc -->
Open the file: "Hosts" with notpad (make sure Host isnt set to read only)
Look for l2update.lineage2.com IP# and change to the IP# you copied from nslookup earlier or enter new IP# L2update.lineage2.com
An example would look like this:
12.123.123.12 l2update.lineage2.com
after this save it and run L2.

Your host file have the wrong ip,thats why it gets cancelled..

Your solution didn't fix my error 610 issue, so I came up with a much simpler one of my own.
C > Windows > System32 > Drivers > etc > hosts...
Delete the hosts file and restart the Lineage 2 client, viola. L2 creates a new host file and runs like a dream.
