im almost 40 and i really want to get my c gear but im kinda broke lol so do can you guys help me out? by telling me where you think a low c wep drops at a good chance ill get it in about 3 or 4 hours.

At your level pretty much nothing is going to drop a full c weapon.

from what lvl can i start exploiting manor system? i heard something like there is a lover limit onwhen can i start it.

Um like level 8... after that there's seeds for every level range except somewhere over 60.

I non stopped seeded from 5-52,and i had enough money for all grades to almost top equipment,at 20 i was able to get  dual basterd swords and full brig set,at 34 i think it was i got + dual elven*basterd swords (Got kinda lucky friend sold me cheap* at 40 i got dual storms,and full plate armour,at 47 i was able to get +2 dual katanas,at 52 (with some help from clan) i got a full doom set and +1 dual sls's.
