Dear lord. It's a simple fix! give the man a new account name! Or skip the check while logging into your account management (but not when creating a new one). That is a good example of awful customer service and the whole "please pm *whoever* if you want to discuss moderation" while locking legitimate threads is just stupid. It's almost as if they're trying to make themselves seem worse every day. | |
