On the guild "Remote player association access device", u know the item in the datapad where u invite ppl into your guild etc, we have an option called "guild enemies". How do u operate this option? Do u need to be guild leader or something? Can u arrange a war with another guild on it?

If I remember correctly that function was changed to some chat command... but the opposing guild won't show up as hostile until they reciprocate the declaration of war.
