like the topic said. the only catch is this, you must put up your AFK flag, and find a good spot to auto-run against, you must be a pet class, and put the pet exactly on the spot of a spawning mob, set pet for aggro. enjoy your life, the CSRs of DAoC do not care what you do, as long as people continue to pay for their game.

a great spot for this is for Molvik level (39ish) folk playing Midgard, go to loc 60k, 23k in Myrkwood. auto run on the crates, and set pet down near camp fire. the mob is a dragonsworn quest mob, and he drops cloaks that sell for 1.5 gold each.

I remember once we where 3 fullgroups rushing into albion poc entrance, we knew there was a farmer group there from hib. When we arrived there was 2 fg of enchanters all with ally pet. What happened next was we tried to kill them but we ended up getting killed, 2 fg of enchanters that is actually 14 enchanters and 2 druids, the PBAOED the crap out of us the battle didnt last more than 3-5 minutes and the 2 farmers playing these characters had just killed around 20 real players.

For those of you who dont play daoc let me explain to you what this is about. POC= pvp dungeon. Enchanter when mana specce has a point blank area of effect magic nuke for a rediculous ammount of dmg. Every PBAOE from one enchanter interupts an enemy player. Imagine 14 PBAOES on a less 2,6 second cast? In a small hall way also. Like I mentioned there was like 2 druids who are a true healer to their realm. group heal and spread heal not only that but the enchanters who got hurt had their ally pet out who can heal them aswell...

This is no biggie except this was on classic servers...

Poc grind is the best money if you like to grind mobs and also you will run into one farmer group every often who will kill you.

Gold farming is never ok. Well sometimes it is. But i doubt this is a good idea since a lot of people will quit since the "grind is gone".

I dont see the problem with gold farming. just means more people waste their time...

People still gold farm in Daoc? There aren't enough people left to make it profitable to do so?

Who is still shelling out cash for gold there?
