blackrock is a great server, its just very elitist, and very casual unfriendly. blackrock is also a very old server, we all have our little inside jokes and we all poke fun at new comers, so if you were one of the new comers, no its not fun the first few months. anyway, i used to play blackrock. BR is one of the better servers out there. great economy, great pve progression, and great pvp on it. we are on BG9 after all.
i got temporary bans for crashing AD, well i think they went to everyone that was on blackrock and came to IF w/ a gnome on AD to crash it. very fun times, worth the ban. we used to make fun of you guys for RPing :D haha. Undead Army 4 life. |

While you might find about forty people total that will actually give you the time of day on the server, the rest will flip you off, call you a scrub, and continually whisper you with insults about how much you suck for not having [insert item/class/profession/gem/enchant/etc here]. Wish I could restart, but we used to be home to the 2nd best guild in the US, Exodus. That and I'm too damn lazy to either pay for a character transfer or level up another priest from 1-80 *shudder*. I speak of all this from the Alliance side, unfortunately. Edit: Also, I almost forgot. The KT-US Alliance has our own little infamous, sexist, jackass Xivia. If you don't know about him, be glad. Be very... very glad.
