Just saw the other day on Gustin server in Gludio some character set up a sell store and put 1 arrow for 1000000 adena. Why? What is a purpose of it? i know before c1 this was a money dupe where the money would double when u bought the arrow meaning u would still have the money in your inventory and they would have the exact same amount it theirs but i think they fix this exploit but dont quote me on that.

Well, back in the Beta days when the servers were always congested and there was an extremely long line of people waiting to connect, people that did get into the game would leave their characters and computers on all of the time so they don't have to worry about trying to reconnect again. They were under the impression that if you sat around long enough NCSoft would disconnect you to let someone else in. Although, they didn't disconnect shops. They would all set up shops with something for extreme prices so they can stay away for long periods of time and not have to worry about getting disconnected. I guess some of that carried over.

It could be someone whos buying adena on ebay, he set up that store and goes afk or goes to sleep and the adena boss shows up and buys the arrow for the 1 million the guy bought on ebay, that way its probably less obvious and harder to trace than just handing the money to the ebay buyer.

Good point. You can buy adena while afk then! Crafty... you should have killed him.
