Let's face it: The big drag on this game is the customer service. I don't know if they just don't like their jobs, have a grudge against their boss, or are just idiots, but they are killing the game.

They won't let us talk about problems (banned 3 times now for trumped up "rules violations" that aren't on the list), they certainly don't address the issues that the overwhelming majority of the playerbase wants, and they have a bad attitude. Let's get them fired.

Email Jim Crowley, CEO of Turbine, and ask him to fire Tarrant, Tolero, Gelatinous Cube, and Patience. Maybe then we'll see some improvements.
