BANNED Posts: 1 Joined: 1 May 2009 | Let's face it: The big drag on this game is the customer service. I don't know if they just don't like their jobs, have a grudge against their boss, or are just idiots, but they are killing the game.
They won't let us talk about problems (banned 3 times now for trumped up "rules violations" that aren't on the list), they certainly don't address the issues that the overwhelming majority of the playerbase wants, and they have a bad attitude. Let's get them fired.
Email Jim Crowley, CEO of Turbine, and ask him to fire Tarrant, Tolero, Gelatinous Cube, and Patience. Maybe then we'll see some improvements. User was banned for this post.(Permanent) |
