What Is An MMORTS Developer Diary

The End of Nations team from both developer Petroglyph Games and publisher Trion Worlds, have sent out a brand new developer diary focusing on what exactly players can expect from an MMORTS. MMO players will love it. RTS players will love it. Check it out!

While I find the game itself interesting, Mr. Scaryhawaiian shirt makes me want to run away.

OMG.

This is going to be really really really good...

OR it won't be able to pick up enough people and will end up like APB.

I was in the APB beta and loved it, but sadly it just collapsed because most of the people who joined were just beta players :(

Looking at it this could go the same way if it doesn't rocket within the first months in release.

I pray it doesn't collapse and it is still here in a few years when I am not a poor student who can't afford to MMO.

I'd love to see a real gameplay for that. It's a very innovative and interesting idea for me XD

I wanna see the trailers of this game first..

A persistent world? Completely player-driven story?

Anyone who was thinking SWTOR was breaking ground with its 'story driven gameplay' might want to rethink that now.

If the creators of End of Nations can pull it off it will be awesome!

So let me get this straight. The "big bad guy" is some giant multinational alliance that's being evil. But according to the one dude, the ultimate goal is to get a giant army and "rule with an iron fist"? I mean, I know MMO's don't typically have the best stories, but maybe they could have put a little more thought into the futility of the entire game/story.

This is part of Jacinto history that should be preserved forever. Back in college my friends used to freestyle rap at parties.
