| Wintersday 2007 Contest
NCSoft appears to be following the Stephen Colbert train of thought (the day after Halloween is Christmas) as they are starting early with this years Wintersday 2007 contest. Wintersday is somewhat typical amongst MMO Christmas-time celebrations, except for the fact you can get a NEW hat! As GuildWars.com so aptly put it:
Wintersday may feature the Snowball Arena, special item drops, new NPCs, a peppy holiday score, and a dozen other seasonal elements, but at the end of the day, the party lasts for but a few days, and the hat is forever.
But what's so special about this hat anyways? Well, it's user designed! And thats what this contest is about. You can submit a design entry for this years Wintersday hat and if you win you get some really sweet prizes. Of course, there are prizes for the runners up as well.
