Drysc tells us some realms are still down:

Update 9:00 PM PST -

The realms are now live; however, we anticipate that there may be significant delays when attempting to retrieve mail, loot corpses, or interact with NPC's for the next 20 minutes following the maintenance. We apologize for this extended downtime and the brief performance issues following it.

We've taken the following realms down for urgent maintenance. We
anticipate a downtime of approximately two hours and apologize for the
short notice. We'll provide further updates as additional information
becomes available.
