- Personal information (e.g., name, address, telephone number)

The following data cannot be carried over:

- Member information set up at the PlayOnline login screen (e.g., member's name and password)
- Bookmarks created with the Quick Menu
- Messages sent or received
- E-mail sent or received
- Customized mail settings (e.g., login and server settings for other Internet service providers)
- Address book
- Files saved in the File Manager (e.g., screenshots and mail attachments)
- Customized PlayOnline Viewer options
- Any data that did not exist before installation of the beta version

FINAL FANTASY XI

FINAL FANTASY XI character data CANNOT be carried over from beta service to live service.

You must purchase a Content ID and create a new character after registering the software. For more details, please refer to "Starting the Game" in the FINAL FANTASY XI section of the owner's manual included in the retail package.

Tetra Master

Tetra Master player data CANNOT be carried over from beta service to live service.

You must purchase a Content ID and register a player name after registering the software. For more details, please refer to "Before You Start" in the Tetra Master section of the owner's manual included in the retail package.
