Ok, now this is way too cool, GI Joe and Transformers together again. Did I say again? Well yes I did. Way back in the dark ages of GI Joe Comics (like 15+ years ago now) GI Joe had an encounter with some happy go lucky Transformers. Based on the following review, I'm going to have to go shopping for this one :D.

Growing up a child of the eighties, I remember a time when I had to make the ultimate choice: Transformers or G.I. Joe. I decided quickly and dived headlong into the Transformers camp. I had all I could afford, which wasn't many, but the ones I have are still with me today.
When I heard that Dreamwave Productions announced that they were bringing Transformers back to comics I signed on for a while but never got the nostalgia back, at least not until now. I was drawn to the shelf by Jae Lee's cover but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of Rieber's story.
In the winter of 1939 Cobra finds the greatest of all weapons: the Transformers Ark. They awaken the Deceptions and with their help conquer and destroy most of Europe. All the greats: Soundwave, Megatron, and the ever witty Starscream are here, along with all the main Cobra baddies.
