This just in from the Imperial Council:

The Imperial Council regrets to announce that, due to a minor incident involving one of the Heralds and a ruxus, their representatives will be appearing later than expected.

Due to this setback, the event will be rescheduled to take place at 5 PM PST.

At this time we will be bringing down both Dawn and Twilight. The event will take place on Spirit.
