This week's Hurm... is part two of two columns dedicated to the ins and outs of building a guild reward system in Horizons.

An excerpt:

"For a guild reward system to be effective, it will have to be in effect whether you are there to see the actions or not. No matter how active you are, you simply cannot be online 24 hours a day nonstop. And even if you are the sort of guild leader that can be on *most* of the time, you can't be everywhere at once.
