Ken just posted the following on the Game Issues forum:

[blockquote]At 5:30 PM PST, all the worlds will be coming down for a hotfix for the server issues that players have been experiencing today. The worlds will be down approximately from 5:30-8:30 PM PST.[/blockquote]

This should also be up on State of the Code momentarily.
