Perfect World Rolls Out CORE Connect

CORE Connect promises to bring Perfect World players together "like never before".

With a lot of MMOs (in particular those popular in China) seeing a decline of membership in favor of social network site gaming, many MMO developers are taking steps to secure an in-game link between gaming life and social life. Open guild management, Facebook connects, and in-game profile systems are becoming more and more prevalent as developers attempt to bridge the gap between a gamer's in-game life and the outside world.
