Forsaken World Announces Protector Class

Whether you want to tower over your opponents or just be made of solid rock, the Protector class is for you.

Our friends over at Perfect World Entertainment have unveiled a Class Spotlight on The Protector - a tank class in the upcoming browser-based MMORPG Forsaken World.

Standing at over nine feet tall, other races have a lot to look up to at a Stoneman. Wielding huge hammers, Stoneman are natural tanks, which is why they are the only race with the Protector class. Made entirely out of stone, the Protector class is able to both take and dish out a large amount of damage.

As you would expect from a tank class, they have aggro-generating attacks and shouts, working to keep the focus of the enemy on themselves instead of their teammates. As they take damage, a special racial ability known as Fury builds up. Fury increases the power and effect of many of the Protector's skills and abilities, making them become more and more formidable foes the longer the fight lasts!
